We first reached out to Dillon in January '26 to start getting an idea of what we wanted in our first home but weren't planning on seriously committing to anything until the following year. Right from the start, she took the time to educate us and keep us informed of what we should be expecting as first time home buyers. Life does what it does, and sooner than we had originally planned, we were on the hunt for real this time in May '26. After a hard negotiation, we had to back out of what we thought was the perfect place for us, but Dillon encouraged us to look at another unit in the same building that was slightly out of budget and we are so happy that she did. She worked her magic for us, and we are now proud home owners! As a young couple, it was so important to us to find a realtor that took the time to understand what our needs were, especially around budget, and keep us involved and informed in every step.
